We have had to have refrigerator repair, needed a new dishwasher and this week had to purchase a washer. All of the men who had to take care of these 3 matters were very polite and personable. I will not hesitate to call Rochester Appliance if or when we need "HELP". The people in office when I've called are also just great and pleasant and helpful. Quite a business.
