Opened the box containing this microwave to discover very large dent in the frame of the unit. The packaging box and all interior packaging was completely intact so clearly LG decided to pack and sell an obviously damaged unit and hope no one would notice. Contacted LG customer service for replacement and was informed that they do not warranty dents and that my only option was to try to seek a remedy with the retailer. Will never buy a LG product again now given that their QA process is so obviously poor that a clearly damaged product is allowed to be sent out the factory combined with the fact that they were completely unwilling to replace a product with clear manufacturing defect.

Love this product... great design and looks nice in my modern style kitchen. This product replaced my old microwave another brand that worked well but was super noisy. So this microwave looks so nice in my kitchen. Its black sleek and lightweight that screams luxury. I like its precision when using the popcorn button. So far it has not disappointed. Lastly since we have small children it was nice to see that there was a safety lock feature. It took a few times to get use to but I like how this safety feature was considered.

This compact size microwave fits well in my built in counter top space. Its quiet while running and heats up well and evenly.
Chime to signal when done is not annoyingly loud and design is modern and sleek.
Easy to use and love the extra feature like child safety lock on the door latch. I dont need it but it was thoughtful for safety purpose.
Overall it pairs up well with rest of my LG appliance in the kitchen

Great little microwave looks good compact design and most importantly it heats food pretty evenly for a microwave. The only draw back is a little side locking button that can be disabled it was confusing to my elderly mother.

Replaced 18yr-old Sharp which still worked but had burned out light inside. Love the large turntable and easy to clean interior. Looks classy on the countertop but wish the numbers on the control panel were brighter. Also wish Id gone one size larger and more powerful.

I dont receive any email confirmation on the order I placed. And when I call the customer service to get the order number it took me 3 times among different apartments and an hour to do so. I strongly suggest whoever in the company is interested in customer experiences probably no one try and call their own customer service number and see what its like. Its designed in a way to help no one. Ironically LGs slogan is life is good. They should be called LM because life is miserable when you buy their products.

We did a kitchen remodel and bought this microwave to heat/reheat small items like coffee etc. The controls are simple but need to be better lit as they are a bit hard to see.

We got this as a gift to replace an old 600w unit. It has been great for the past two weeks.
Only thing was the electrical smell that was happening for the first couple uses. That cleared up and no issues so far.

I use this microwave to defrost meats and to quick cook veggies on weekdays. Weve had it for about 6 months now and it has performed perfectly. The defrost is especially good-- it doesnt cook the meat but evenly softens. Definitely recommend.

Tempted by the size and style of NeoChef 0.9 and LG brand I bought this microwave a few months back. Upon the second use its fan started making large noises. Called LG Customer Services multiple times and got it returned. After reading others reviews about its poor quality today I am wondering how LG could let such product be out of door. It has really dented my confidence on LG products which I own quite a few.

I had high hopes for this microwave. There wasnt a lot of options for the space I had to put a microwave but this microwave seemed like it checked all the boxes. Small yet large enough to heat up a dinner plate. Stylish I really liked the look and the hidden touchpad. Lastly it was from a reputable company. I have many LG products and thought this would be a great addition to the lineup. Well not even 2 years after I purchased this it stopped heating up food. This was never a heavily used microwave and always kept clean. I am extremely upset with the reliability of this product. I contact customer service with no resolution other than to pay to have it repaired and if it was a magnetron they would cover the partswell that is extremely misleading as it says 10 year warranty. If you are thinking of purchasing this I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Great microwave. Heats everything in half the time. I had troubles memorizing the short cut codes for preset cooking and had to refer back to the instructions a few times. But overall a great appliance.

I usually never give a review but I saw someone complain about the same issue and i figured i reinforce their concern with this product. I had this microwave barely over a year it stop heating. Unfortunately LGS warranty without entended or home warranty is a year. Also LGS service fees was over $400 which is damnier twice as much as I originally paid for this product

I bought this for my mom less than a year ago and it was working perfectly however it already went out and like I said it hasnt even been a year. The outlet is fine everything is fine its just this microwave is defective or something I dont know but Im really disappointed that I spent all that money on what I thought was supposed to be a great appliance for it to not perform even half as long as it was supposed to.
