After having 2 consecutive "garage ready" freezers die within 3 years of purchase I searched for something more commercial grade. Unfortunately I'm very space constrained and most models are too tall to fit. Fortunately this one works, barely. I am concerned about the fact that it only comes with a 2 year warranty but the build quality seems good. It looks great, runs quiet, and has all the features I need.

My original all freezer all refrigerator are 18+ years old. This new set required me to trim a little off the sides to fit the new trim kit. The delivery was quick and the packages seemed to be 100% intact. However upon removing the packaging a dent in the freezer door was evident. Obviously from the factory. The warranty service company arrived promptly and the new door will be here soon.

This is my second Electrolux tower freezer. Icemaker has been moved to a much better location because I™™m only a little over 5 feet tall.! The dark interior is gorgeous with the LED lighting and much less harsh on your eyes particularly for middle of the night ice cream. I never again would want a second freezer in my garage or basement. This one holds an army of food.

The builder installed our refrigerator and freezer without the trim kit. After a few months of use the doors began to hit against each other and not close. Builder didn't leave room for a trim kit so trim carpenter had to come back and cut cabinetry fillers back to install the trim kit.

We purchased a free-standing Electrolux Refrigerator and Freezer for our new home. Both are positioned in our kitchen which is actively used on a daily basis as we cook almost every meal at home, and often provide dinner meals to a couple of elderly friends who live alone. The freezer's temperature is consistently well -controlled and it has a panel of warning lights that advise you when there was a power outage (even temporary) so food can be checked and also advises when parts such as an air filter might require replacement. It is a great choice especially for folks who need ample freezer storage, and handy ice maker with a removable bin we use to load ice chests for ball games, etc.

A perfect fit for us and our needs. We tend to have a lot more frozen food than fresh. We buy meat in bulk and lots of frozen veggies. We needed something that would hold it all but with enough room to see everything. Love having shelves and bins. It even has a soft freeze bin, how cool is that!

Please make them panel ready. You have a very good product, but with panels you can gain market share from other brands with panels ready that sell for a lot more. I owned this before, but now have to go to other brands. So you just losses a sale, maybe of many, that you don™™t realize.

The fridge and freezer on the exterior is very large but on the interior there is very limited space when I compare it to my previous Kenmore pro side-by-side This is perfect for a modern home If you don™™t have a large family. it carries the look of a high-end kitchen. A few things I™™ve noticed, water dispenser is on the inside of the refrigerator and ice-maker takes a very long time to make ice, there is a turbo setting, but still not as quickly. I™™m on day five since the refrigerator was hooked up to water supply and plugged in and the tray is about halfway full of ice.

Everything about the freezer is exactly what we expected/wanted. The materials are better than expected. Metal shelving. Plenty of storage space. Looks good with fridge trim kit. However during the installation process we noticed that it looked like the person who who did the solder work melted some of the other components. We are hoping this doesn™™t affect the freezer down the road. But it took so long to put everything together that the thought of disassembling everything to replace is exhausting.

Hard to give five stars until we™™ve owned it for a few years! But so far it™™s been great! We had to figure out the perfect temperature setting for us, but 4 seems to be our magic number. The icemaker is a bit noisy when the water runs but its quick and we are used to it now. It makes great ice!

One of the drawers does not fit, the installation team could not get level and make the trim kit fit. I have had multiple service calls by sears home service and us appliance cancelled and hours spent on the phone. They rely on AI to answer and deal with all inquiries which is an entirely different problem. This is in addition to the issues with the matching refrigerator. If i could give zero stars i would.

I love it so much! However there is a big scratch on the refrigerator! I have no idea how to get it out! There a couple things that are off. They didn™™t install the proper paneling. I think they did not think I would notice. It is the paneling as if they were put together. As far as the refrigerator and freezer goes™¦I love them! Minus the scratches on refrigerator and wrong paneling!

In 2010 my custom house was finished and I moved in.The whole kitchen was Electrolux appliances. Two ovens, an induction top, dishwasher, a single - door freezer and a single door refrigerator. The induction top was the first appliance to die after only four years. The Wolf replacement has worked flawlessly since then. The dishwasher which rarely got used was next, a year later. This too was replaced with a different manufacturer. In 2020 the single door freezer had an interior coolant leak that could not be fixed. Because the handles were different on the new freezer as well as the trim package, I not only had to replace the freezer, but the working refrigerator to keep the same look. Total cost over $5K. It took two years to get both the new refrigerator and new freezer because of covid supply chain issues. Less than three years later, the new freezer has suffered the same issue - an interior coolant leak that cannot be fixed. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice and I'm buying a Sub Zero. When one or both ovens die, I won't be buying Electrolux replacements.

I recently replaced my Electrolux 19 Cu. FT. Single Door Refrigerator and Freezer with the 79" smooth trim kit. The new style is beautiful inside and out, with amazing LED inside lighting. On the freezer side, I especially like how you can use the dual trays for ice or use it for one of them for extra products. On the refrigerator side, I appreciate the bottom drawer which can separate three different products. The thing I like the most is the indoor filtered water dispenser which is extremely fresh tasting.

Great Freezer so far. I had a previous model for 16 years and expect this one to last just as long. Large cabinet, quiet, very pretty. The door storage is great, and icemaker in the middle is a plus. The only drawback is there are only 2 shelves in the space I need 3 shelves.

We purchased the matching Electrolux refrigerator and freezer towers. And, wow! Just beautiful. We contemplated if the trim kit was necessary and opted not to purchase it as our cabinet maker was able to design around the towers without it much better for our space. We can't attest to the longevity of the units but initial observations are good. We also purchased the 36" induction range and dishwasher. Fingers crossed we made the right choice(s) w/Electrolux.

I purchased the fridge and freezer when I built my home in 2020. The space was wonderful and we thought we made a sound purchase. In 2022 we noticed the hardwood near our freezer was warping. We had an factory certified appliance repair come and at the time they couldn't figure out what was happening, but they tightened some screws and we thought things improved. But a month ago, we had a puddle of water coming from the freezer. The repair person came again and found there is a likely a valve inside the wall of the freezer that is unable to fixed until you take apart the freezer (as it's foamed into place). He believe it was a manufacturing defect and over time the valve finally came apart. The manufacturer warranty is only a year. I called Electrolux twice and they were RUDE, FLIPPANT, and honestly couldn't care less about my issue. Though when there is an actual defect in the product, I have heard warranty shouldn't matter. The only other recourse I believe is filing with BBB or retaining legal counsel. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE ELECTROLUX.

Another 1-star review here with the same story as the others: just outside the warranty window, this freezer blew its compressor and I replaced it with a new compressor at significant cost. Not a month later, the thing started leaking. Five visits from service technicians later the problem was diagnosed back to the ice maker and deemed unrepairable. I was planning to buy an identical replacement unit, figuring maybe I got a lemon, because I also bought the matching refrigerator. Now reading the rest of the reviews with identical catastrophic icemaker leak failure less than 2 years in, I don't know if it's worth taking the chance.

Instead of acknowledging what appears to be a new re-occurring issue and replacing 13 month old units, they will only offer 40% off new purchase. That is unacceptable for the amount of money you pay.

I love the amount of space this freezer offers. The storage drawers as well as the shelving allow you to organize everything so that you can see it easily. I love the grey color interior. The only kind of negative is that it can be a little tight to pull out the ice tray, but once you get the hang of it, it's no big deal.
