I don™™t even know where to start. I will say do not buy this refrigerator. First of all, I bought it through the website because the other one I had died after six years because of the compressor. I have a small space so didn™™t have much choice on refrigerators. it shows every fingerprint and when you wipe it down, it still doesn™™t look good. It was ordered through the website and when the delivery guys came, they would not hook anything up because they said they™™re not responsible. I had to call my brother who is a plumber to do everything . When I ordered the refrigerator, they never told me this. I was home by myself and had no clue. They told me I had to unscrew the copper fitting and shut the water off downstairs. I know it wasn™™t the delivery guys fault but it was whirlpool for not informing me when I ordered the refrigerator. When I spoke with one of the employees from Whirlpool, she told me it states that on the website. I don™™t know where because I still did not see that info but I believe they should have told me rather than saying it™™s on the website. There is no light in the freezer, which is ridiculous. That is why you should never buy off the website. My husband ordered it and didn™™t realize that there wasn™™t a light in the freezer. Everything in my house has been whirlpool and I have now decided I will never purchase another one of their products. Their customer service was awful. I am so unhappy I just spent $900 and I want another refrigerator . Do yourself a favor and do not purchase this refrigerator. I have to be nuts because it is exact same one that I had although the other one was fingerprint list and it had a light in the freezer. Other than that, it is exact exact same Refrigerator And I should™™ve never bought it since a compressor went after six years of owning it.

DON'T BUY : I bought this fridge on the 10th of May 2024 and the front door has a bunch of small rust spots on it after only 3 MONTHS!. The warranty won't cover it because it's cosmetic and happened after 30 days. I was told I couldn't speak to a supervisor, or get an email to send in a complaint and the customer service representative didn't even want to see pictures. I was told by Whirlpool customer service "it's because you live in a costal region". Very disappointed in Whirlpool . Whirlpool customer service told me its $150 plus tax for a repair person and then $500 or more for a replacement door. They couldn't even give me the price for the door because they said it is up to the local repair person what they will charge you! Again - DON'T BUY!!

I love the Whirlpool Refrigerator. I have more room inside to store veggies and fruits and the depth of the refrigerator is great. Love the deli drawer and a place above it to put bowls on with no lids. Thr freezer has more room to. This is just the right size for my kitchen. I would recommend Whirlpool for all the appliances I need.

I have had this refrigerator long enough to comment. I love it. It™™s a smaller freezer on top Fridge. It™™s very well designed for effective storage IN A SMALLER SPACE. The only suggestion I would make is I would like a light in the freezer.

I purchased the refrigerator on July 18, 2023 and the rubber trim on the freezer door came off. I have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a replacement freezer door.

We've only had this refrigerator for a couple of months and we think it is too early to really rate a product. But, so far, it is working as expected. It is a bit on the loud side when the compressor fan is running. We definitely have to pay attention to air flow. If there is anything up against the back of the shelves blocking the circulation, the items on the top shelf freeze.
The freezer is working fine. The only issue is the position of the light for the bottom half. It takes up so much space that it basically renders the shelf under it useless. Otherwise, so far, so good!
