Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Looking for Pedestal™€™s

AmpT 11/23/2025

Ordered Sept 18th thru PC Richard™€™s. Still waiting on the Pedestal™€™s to be delivered to them. PetPro washer&Dryer already received. What is the hold up on the Pedestal™€™s?

Poor quality. Poor service.

Very poor quality. Item arrived damaged and never got customer support to fix it or replace it. Plus nobody installed it from Maytag or one of its partners.

Cheap Junk

Liftmeup 5/4/2025

I bought one each of these for my washer & dryer about two months ago, but they were not installed until under a month ago by Lowes. These things are Junk! There is a blemish on the front handle of one of them that I did not notice until installed and now Maytag will not exchange it. Also, one of the drawers keeps getting stuck and is very hard to open/close (especially with my bad back). I had pedestals on my LG Steamwash machines that worked MUCH better - smooth and sturdy! However, this Maytag junk is neither smooth or sturdy. They wobble when you open/close them. Again, Maytag will not honor these, so save your money or just use them for looks and to get height on your machines.
