Solid Basic Functionality

Neat, clean lines with control knobs along the right side and not in front, a must have for us. Only four burners and no shared burners for grill or a convection fan but still has two "power boil" setting burners and "melt" and "keep warm" settings on the other two. This cooktop is very functional and meets all of our needs. We opted not to go with other models having touch controls and other "bells and whistles"…a lot less to go wrong at about 60% of the cost. The only negative has been that it came without enough adhesive foam strip to go all the way around the underside of the perimeter to install, so we had to buy more.

Wiow! Great product! But the user experience is damaged when the wrong replacement is nearly delivered twice. Add a ruler along the length of the box and big numbers to help everyone know at a glance what size it is. We nearly had TWO wrong-sized deliveries. Find a better way to protect glass surface from dropped tools. Think seriously about doing a field test to wring like this stuff out!

This is a great cooktop. The only complaint I have is the hot surface indication light which goes off while the surface is still burning hot. I noticed it takes another 15 minutes for the surface to cool off after the red surface light goes off.
