The unit works well and would look great except the clock has been on the fritz since we bought it. I don't mind but my wife complains about it all the time. Unit still functional but it does catch your eye. Had service out for our oven and he told me it was too expensive to replace

We bought this same microwave three years ago and the digital display started going out and so we had the warranty to replace it and just did. Hopefully this one will last longer. It does heat efficiently and is easy to use. The door is pretty noisy, but that is minor as long as it works right.

The microwave is decent but the screen blinks in and out and the handle snapped off. I wanted to replace the handle, but according to my research I have to replace the entire door which is about half the price of the unit. Im better off replacing the unit.

this is my 3rd GE microwave in the 20 yrs I've been in my house. given that, I would say they are typically pretty reliable. this updated version looks nice, the door is way easier to open and close but the controls/buttons are harder to push. overall I'm pleased and hope to get 6-7 yrs out of this new one.

Control buttons are very hard to get pressed. Ventilation doesn™€™t pull any smoke or steam. The plate is installed correctly but is very noisy as it turns.

microwave worked one time since we owned it in our new home. Vent fan never worked when we tried turning on. A few days later tried using microwave and the entire thing turned off. Now we are told we have to wait for a fan that wont be here for a couple weeks. I asked repair man why cant we just get it replaced and he said they cant do that. This is NOT convenient. 3 weeks without a microwave? Ridiculous- right at the holidays!

Love everything about this product, from the easy installation to the large capacity! The ventilation is great and it's also energy/power efficient. The control panel is easy to use, however, I am finding the need to push fairly hard on the buttons in order to get them to work, that could just be user error so I am not holding it against GE!
