So far I am quite happy with the performance of this microwave. It does a great job heating food completely and evenly. The air fryer feature took a little getting used to, but it does a great job as well. The microwave itself is very sleek looking and matches well with my other brushed stainless appliances. Overall, I am pleased with the performance of this microwave and happy with my purchase.

We purchased the 1.9 cu ft over the range microwave with air fryer. After 13 months, the board went out. The cost to replace the board $420.82! We never used the air fryer feature and used the microwave only minimally for re-heating food. We purchased the full line of Frigidaire Professional Series appliances, and we are disappointed in each one. I will never buy another Frigidaire product, and I do not recommend them.

Love the stainless interior and sleek handless look. However this thing is massive, not your standard size microwave. We hand to modify our wall to clear the granite backsplash because of its size. The features are overkill and the ™Frigidaire Processional™ logo is too large. It takes away from the aesthetic.

It™™s my fault. I could have swore I paid for instilling the microwave because I knew it was out of my scope. Apparently I did not, and so this amazing microwave I purchased remains in the crate/box in my living room whilst I try to find a handyman. Ugh. I™™m sure the product is amazing, but I wouldn™™t know. Sorry about the one star review. Again apparently it was customer error. Ugh.

This appliance has been the best purchase I™™ve ever made. I love the air fryer option, but wanted it in a smaller option, other than the stove/oven, since I have a household of 2. It™™s freed up so much counter space for me. It compliments my new induction stove nicely.

We really like our new everything oven. 7 months in, and the 8 bolts inside the oven are rusting. It would be a five rating except for support. Warning: Frigidaire ( really electrolux ) support is almost soviet in lack of any sense of caring for the customer. It is up to the customer to get a conformation from the subcontracted support after scheduling service online in one of the available slots. This has gone on for 3 + weeks with the assigned tech just not responding to requests to confirm or bothering to show up. Then, if your concern is not one of the drop down choices provided, you have to go with one and try to explain the real issue. Now i am being told that since rusty bolts are not keeping the oven from working, it is not considered warranty work. The real kick in the rear is I was told i had 7 days from receipt of the oven to bring up workmanship issues, even though the bolts did not rust for 7 months. Working with Frigidaire (aka electrolux) is like have a root canal without pain meds. Maybe consider another manufacturer and save yourself a headache.

I love my new microwave air fryer; however, I had a very hard time receiving the warranted item, due to the lack of poor communication of the BACK OFFICE communicating with me, the customer, to receive my warranted item. I went back and forth not receiving any results from THE BAACK OFFICE from Jan 2025 through Oct 2025 before having the opportunity to speak with the escalated manager DANNY, who also had problems receiving any response from the BACK OFFICE. THANK YOU DANNY for taking my problem in your control and RECTIFYING THIS SITUATION to personally see me, the customer, justified. I have had this microwave for 8 months and the stainless steel coating is peeling leaving what looks like unsightly scratches. This occurred when I wiped steam off of the door and window that was caused from cooking on the range below. The microwave is designed to be used over a stove and I had the fan on. I used a soft kitchen towel to wipe off the steam and was shocked that the stainless steel peeled and left unsightly marks. It appears that the stainless is covered with some type of this plastic film that does not withstand steam. To make matters worse Frigidare will not cover the repair because it is considered cosmetic. I got no help from three different customer service agents. This is a very expensive microwave and I expect that it would look like new for many years to come. Unfortunately I ignored others complaining about this problem relying on the fact the Frigidaire is a well known brand and mistakenly assumed they would back up their products and offer good customer satisfaction. I am very disappointed and wish I would never have purchased this unit. Shame on you Frigidaire for allowing this defective coating issue to go unresolved.

Really like the microwave, except for the price I™™d expected the microwave features to be easier to use. If you only want 50% power you have to hit the button 5 times. The time display is either really bright or off. I am rather disappointed in the microwave functions. Also, the installation arranged by Frigidaire was awful and they damaged the inside of my cabinet.

Overall great microwave packed with features including air fry and convection. Relatively quiet operation and looks great. The controls were not immediately intuitive but easy enough to learn. Only minor complaints would be the size (sticks out several inches beyond my standard size cabinets) and cavity lighting is quiet faint during operation.

I like the size of the space, especially for the use of Air Fry, I can easily fry a meal for 4pp. I have used the convention oven as well; it is very practical for one baked dish. Microwave has multiple functions with an easy guide in the display.

Microwave works well. Airfryer doesn't seem to crisp up food as well as my other airfryer. I have not used the oven yet. The fan works well as microwave is vented to the outsoora.

PROs: The oven is good-looking inside & out. It is also multi-functional - it microwaves, air fries, convection bakes, & broils. The interior is quite large and will hold a full-size frozen pizza. I have baked & broiled, and there is very little heat coming off the appliance. I LOVE that it has volume control for the beeps! Love that it has a "+10 seconds" button in addition to a +30. Love the automatic cycles for "soften" & "melt". CONs: I don't care for the color of the stovetop light, it looks like fluorescent light instead of "warm" which is the color of my countertop lighting. Same for the inside light. Also the inside light is very dim, it does not light up the whole oven cavity like my old one did. It is not easy to see what is happening with your food. Some of the icons on the control panel are gray, making them hard to see for age 50+ eyes.So far I don't use it as much as I thought I would for functions other than microwaving, b/c during meal preparation, I find that I frequently need to microwave something, and if I am using the appliance for another function, I can't.

The microwave is very clean looking and ability to leave the clock off so its no extra lights always in when my oven has the time right below is nice. It works great too! The vents pull air really well and i modded to outside exhaust and it works great. I have not used the airfryer or convection oven yet, but the microwave works great. Im very happy with the brand and model I picked.

Great looking microwave - air fryer is effective yet preheating takes longer than expecting. Some air fryers have "reheat" option which is a 300 degree quick air fry setting & i wish this had that.

So far we are loving it. We cooked a meat loaf in it with the convection feature and the large rack and it turned out perfect. I just wish the air fryer tray was bigger.It seems like a lot of wasted space that could be used for a bigger air fry. Maybe I can find a bigger pan that will work.

I™™ve only had this for a couple of days but already love my choice. I just used the air fryer to cook some frozen beer battered cod and it was easy to use, super easy to clean, and the fish was just about restaurant quality tasting. I have also used the sensor heating to reheat some home made apple bread and that worked perfectly also. I like all the one touch buttons to quickly use the microwave - especially the add 10 and 30 second buttons. Very happy with this purchase. (And now I can get the ninja air fryer flip up oven off my small kitchen counter.)

We haven't had this appliance very long. As a microwave it works great. We have only used the air fryer once and it worked great. We haven't used the Convection feature yet. Its beautiful and looks great in my kitchen. I will say the instructions were very unclear as related to which racks and inserts to use for which features. We had to research the internet to figure it out. Clearer instructions would be helpful. Also the air fryer pan is a bit small compared to the oven size. I'd love if I could get a bigger one

We purchased this microwave mostly because of the air fry feature. It works great! Took some time to figure out different times and temps compared to our countertop air fryer because the feature on the microwave does seem to take a little longer to cook. Not a big deal now that we™™ve used it a few times. The microwave function is so much better than our old microwave. Takes less time to defrost or heat up items than our old unit. Vent fan works well. Overall we are happy with our purchase!
