This is a replacement for a previous Frigidaire microwave. No complaints about it except that the fan on low speed is annoyingly noisy.

We just Love our new over the range microwave oven it's very roomy and can fit large casseroles over 3qt in it comfortably. It's great also for reheating coffee ? Love the quick start feature. Was easy to install.

Don't buy!!! The handle on our microwave had the metal coming apart so everyone, including my son kept getting their fingers sliced up. I called for a replacement handle, my microwave was in warranty. I was told they were out of stock, but would ship me one when they received more. After several months and many more sliced fingers, I called to see what was the status with the handle? I was told they still didn't have any, they couldn't find my prior conversation (although the automated system asked if I was calling regarding my microwave, so obviously its in the system) and I'm now out of warranty. Basically your on your own. I will never buy Frigidaire again! And I will tell anyone who will listen not to buy something else. They don't care we were being injured. What kind of company does this? I do not usually post reviews, but being injured has infuriated me.

This microwave is only 2 and a 1/2 years old. It's out of warranty, and they won't do anything about this defective handle that hurts my hand and looks terrible.!

Microwave making loud knocking noise as if it will implode, worked for 10-11 months, numerous service request but no repair now Frigidaire wants me to pay for the service on the microwave. Who uses a microwave making a loud noise? The journey started during the warranty period. I have had an unplugged over the counter microwave for 11 months, now using a countertop microwave in my laundry room.My satisfication is not your number one priority as per Electrolux Home products

My new home came with a Frigidaire microwave which died after three years. I replaced it with the same model which died after one and one half years. Of course I would never buy a Frigidaire product again, and I wouldn't buy a home with Frigidaire products either.

Overall great microwave, my only issue is how high the little glass plate sits on the plastic wheel base. It doesn™™t really allow you to place the food off center so that the microwave actually heats it fully. It™™s made it so we have to put food in longer since it spins only around the middle.

This microwave is in our winter home. We bought it and had it installed and it worked great until about a week before we were to go back to Ohio. I think the turntable motor was grinding after about 10 seconds after starting. Since we did not have time to get it fixed before the warranty was ending, we will have to wait to see if it does it again when we get back in November 23. I did like the features on the microwave. I'm just disappointed that it started having this problem after just a couple of months.

Most microwaves require a manual to know what buttons to push, but this microwave has pre-set settings, but you can also just use the key pad to put in your desired time, which is great. Food is warmed quickly and easy to figure out how much time you need for each kind of meal.

I always buy Frigidaire appliances, and this microwave was purchased a little over a year ago. The problem is the handle is peeling. This is the second handle as the first had the same issue. I put on the replacement last month, and it is starting to peel as well. Very frustrating.

I've been very pleased with my new microwave and the intuitive controls. The ability to either wait for a few seconds and have 1, 2, or 3 minute presets, or quickly press a second digit after the 1, 2, or 3 is much appreciated. I like the options to add either 10 or 30 seconds, and the ability to control the sound of the bell at the end of the cycle.
