After first Self Clean Oven no longer preheats/works

The gas burners are fine. But when I attempted to bake some cookies a week after running the self clean, the stove trips the GFCI outlet each time it attempts to preheat. It will no longer allow the oven to bake because it trips the outlet each time. This happened one month after the warranty expired (of course). It's unfortunate because I like everything else about the stove, but I would think that it wouldn't break after the first time self cleaning. Disappointed in the Firgidaire product. I guess I'll never be able to self clean the oven again.

My only complaint was at the bottom storage drawer was crooked and could not get that fixed and talking with Lowe™€™s or the Frigidaire brand. I was told if I had used a Lowe™€™s credit card I would™€™ve gotten a better warranty, which I feel is an unfair discriminatory practice that Lowe™€™s has

The range works great....very happy with it. The oven...not so much. Don't seem to be able to adjust the flame to eliminate the yellow in the flames and it smells funny. The store doesn't service their product they sell, was told to contact the company....am doing that now. Need a service tech to check it out. Soon....

A little disappointed that the conversion parts were not included (all my other appliances came with the parts) but were easy to order and install. Really like the high power burners. Bad oven/range units.

At first, we thought we received a good range/oven. The burners seemed to work fine but the oven smelled of unburned gas. We thought it was because of the first use but after the second and especially the third time, it got really bad, so that the carbon monoxide alarm went off twice. That's when we decided to tell the store and get an exchange. When the second unit arrived, we noticed right away that the bottom drawer was really crooked out of align. The men tried to fix it but it was bent on the runners inside and could not be straightened. So they took it right back on the truck. We got the third one finally after a week of back and forth communication with the service department, it is working fine and no odor or out of shaped unit. But the experience of having the possibility of a badly leaking gas in the house, is unacceptable. And to have a damaged unit delivered as the exchange is really bad for your business. We hope in the future that your units are inspected properly before delivery, so this doesn't happen to someone else. And when we do need to purchase a matching refrigerator in the future, that a bad experience is not repeated. Also, the procedure of waiting for the exchange to take place two days later in each instance, seems to be a waste of our time and your money. The delivery people came here three times in one week, when the exchange should have been completed all in one trip.

The gas Electrolux range works beautifully. Enjoy every component of oven the air fryer and cooktop. Giving this a rating of 4 because a part was missing. Call customer service on hold 20 minutes. We bought this when we remodeled our kitchen, and we couldn't be happier. It works great, preheats quickly and looks amazing! The only downfall I have see so far is the knobs to turn the burners on. If you unknowingly bump it, it turns the slightest bit, and the gas smell quickly becomes overpowering. We are just extra careful when baking or cooking.

Oven vent hazard.

I have had the range for six months now. Biggest issue is the oven vent on the top center of the cooking surface. Although it says on two different locations in the manual there it makes it hard to put two and two together until you experience a very hot awaking while using the oven. I cook at 425-450 degree oven very often. The vent is in the back pointed directly out across the center of the top cooking area. When it vents very hot air anything there will as mentioned get HOT! There should be some visual written or physical warning of this. Not everyone reads the manual every time the oven may be used.
