We had some installation issues ... the drain hose kept getting pinched when placed inside the cabinet. However, finally go to use my new dishwasher after having it delivered a week ago. It is so quiet compared to my old model! It did a great job cleaning dishes from our Sunday dinner, so far, so good!

This is my first new dishwasher and I love it. It has a sleek and subtle profile that fits perfectly with my current older cabinets and will highlight my new ones. So far, I have only ran it on the quick cycle but every item comes out completely CLEAN! No spots on glasses! No residue on cooking utensils! I love the extra top tray. I use that for silverware and small items. I use the utensil bin for large cooking utensils. Even my BBQ tongs fit! And it is quiet! Sure you can hear it if you are standing by it but at a whisper! I am so happy that I choose this model. The all-metal interior looks fantastic and it will last much longer than the all-plastic versions. Thank you for making this available at a reasonable price point!

Dishes never get dry and feel like they are never fully clean. This dishwasher does not have a heating element so it is great for plastic dishes to allow them to go on the bottom rack but again they are never dry.

The dishwasher is good. Takes a little long to wash and if you do eco mode your stuff will still be wet. But other than that pretty good dishwasher. Cool feature a light shoots down on the floor to let you know when the cycle is complete.

We needed a new dishwasher badly, so this is a total upgrade. I did a ton of research, and this one fit the bill. It was also the best deal straight from frigidaire. I also got the teacher discount, which was so nice! It cleans great and I love the 3rd shelf for long, flat items. We are finding that we must put the max boost on for dishes to be mostly dry. We are also playing around with placement. The frigidaire installers were unable to install it because we didn't have an airgap, but I easily got a refund for that and used it for someone else to install. Overall, we've had a great experience and would totally recommend.

I love my new Frigidaire dishwasher! The delivery guys were great. The ease of ordering and talking with someone on the phone when I had a question was super helpful! Now that I have it installed and actually using it. I love, love the quietness about it! It's easy to use. The only thing I would say is learning the drying part of it. I noticed some setting s have nota ll the way dry on the dishes but you can bet I will figure it out. I give it 5 starts!! Thank you.

This dishwasher has been a failure. After 8 months of use it began to leak. Still broke after approx 4 months 9+ repair visits - no end in sight. Unable to use the dishwasher for a good portion of the time. Frigidaire service contacts only offer continued repairs that have been unsuccessful. Time off from work to support of repair technician visits has costly me. I am extremely disastified.

This is the absolute worst and most poorly designed dishwasher I have ever used. Since install just 4 months ago we have had nothing but trouble with the pump. It doesn't matter how the hose is "fixed" to be in a better position, it frequently gets air bubbles, shows E20 and can't pump out without intervention by manually shaking the hose to clear bubbles.I've never had this kind of issue with any other dishwasher, even 20 year old ones. The pump is just plain weak and error prone.It doesn't clean dishes very well.The standard cycle takes almost 3 hours.It gets gummy and dirty very quickly around all the edges and requires far more frequent cleaning than any other dishwasher.It leaves significant amounts of standing water under the filter after each cycle which quickly grows mold.Most dishwashers are kind of self-cleaning in that debris gets flushed out by water around all the edges. Not this one. Mold and dirt in all the cracks after 2 weeks of use and must be frequently cleaned.Will smell absolutely terrible after a week of use, and cleaning sort of helps, but not by much.None of this is "broken" so the warranty can't help. They are design flaws. It's like this thing is made by people who don't actually use dishwashers.Will never buy a Frigidaire again.

Very quiet operation (except when draining - the air gap is pretty loud). Seems to do its job and everything comes out clean. Top silverware rack does not get things as clean as the lower rack, and plastic items never get completely dry, even with the fan function.

Pet peeves of mine that this dishwasher solves is "when is the dishwasher on, and when is the cycle compete"? The blue light shining on the floor tells you the dishwasher is running, and the white light shining on the floor tells you the cycle is done. Great design points, plus it gets the dishes clean! We like it so much, we bought a second one for our butlers pantry.

I hope I can add another review after using it more but my opinion now based on only using it a few times is this dishwasher cleans and dries well. Pls note the disappointment of all new appliances seeming to be lower quality and not built as nicely (including the new fingerprint resistant lower quality stainless steel with a coating) is main reason for 4 stars. Frigidaire pls offer the original Stainless in future products lol. Thanks to all the moms that complained about having to wipe off fingermarks, hope you're happy. No comparison to my prior 16 yr old GE but I know a new GE would not be comparable either. In this case it is also due to the Rinse Aid dispenser which I found very hard to fill without spilling it all over. I now use a funnel which helps somewhat. It is shallow and the rinse aid comes out fast so very difficult not to spill. Now, what I love. Very easy to use and choose the options once you learn if the little led isn't lit above the main option, that option is off, not on. Very easy. I've used the normal load with the drying feature and everything was clean and dry. People need to understand if you have a cup or bowl that has a concave bottom placed upside down (which it should be obviously) some water will pool in the concave bottom and no machine will dry pooled water sitting. It bugs me when I see reviews where people complain about that. Have had good dishwashers for 40 yrs. Then I read to try the quick cycle with Max boost so I did with a full load and holy cow dishes were done fast and were sparkling and dry. The inside door is even nice and dry with this dishwasher when it's done. I had bought this online from Frigidaire when I also bought a refrigerator so I was a little concerned how it would work for my dishes and bowls. I find it very easy to load and the upper rack holds my bowls better than my previous DW giving me more room on the lower rack. A main reason I chose this model was I wanted fold down tines as there are times when they help with loading certain items. As far as noise, once it gets going it's very quiet. Not silent but I don't expect it to be. I love the light on the floor showing in process or done. My dinner knives are heavy and have wide handles that only fit upside down and then they flop over too much for my liking so I'm using the 3rd rack for them. Love having that space for utensils and storage container lids. I read many reviews of complaints about delivery schedules changing, installers damaging things or not knowing what they were doing which is why I decided to order direct from the company. Zero issues. Great communication. I chose a date, they delivered it that day and kept me well informed prior to delivery. I am happy I chose this dishwasher and hope it will continue to work as expected for a long time realizing the days of appliances lasting 15 or 20 years are most probably over lol. I feel this is a good value.

It has been a great customer service experience! Right from ordering my appliance was easy. I had questions and called and all were answered easily. The delivery drivers were super friendly and courteous! They were prepared and ready for installation and called ahead of time for delivery.
