We have had our freezer for 2 weeks, and it has been great so far. There is plenty of room for us to consolidate the frozen items we had stashed in various places with plenty of room to spare.

I installed this next to my fridge in my kitchen, so far so good. It's 20 cubic footer so it's a big boy! 36x36x6ft tall! Plenty of room for goodies!!!

I've been a Frigidaire fan for 24 years thanks to my small freezer FFU11FK0DW1 that STILL runs perfectly today. Needing more space, I recently purchased the FRUF2020AW upright. It's spacious, quiet, and most importantly, it maintains a consistently cold temperature. I expect the same level of reliability from this new addition. I'm very happy with my purchase!

We had a 16 Cu. Ft. upright Frigidaire freezer for 25 yrs. and the compressor finally started going bad. We ordered this 20 Cu. Ft. to replace it (my ONLY complaint is that it took about 4 weeks to get it....had to be garage ready so was a special order). It is very quiet, very spacious, and I hope we get 25 yrs. out of this new one!

We've only had the freezer for 6 days but so far so good. It came up to temp quickly and fits everything we had. I do wish it had another shelf because the space between some of the shelves is ridiculously large but I guess I'll rig up something. All in all very happy with it.

We bought the 20 Cu Ft to replace our 17.5 Cu Ft 20+ year old Frigidaire Freezer. While Cu Ft is bigger, the design of the door shelves seems to impact the depth of the shelf space. A few shelves are shorter in depth. Width is slightly smaller due to design because my baskets (2 per shelf for organization) does not give me as much room in the middle for a TV dinner to lie flat.

I like the freezer. It has plenty of room for meats and vegetables . There were a couple of small dings on the outside door but I didn't notice them until the delivery person had left. I tried to make a picture of it but they wouldn't show up. It doesn't effect the operation of the appliance.

The Frigidaire Freezer is exactly what I was looking for in a freezer. I love the interior light that comes on immediately upon opening the door. The freezer is in the garage so the light is especially helpful. I also appreciate the frost free system which is a bonus. I am hoping for many years of service from my new freezer.

Was looking to replace a freezer that lasted about 10 years. This freezer has 4 adjustable glass shelves , not wire, that gives a solid surface to store food without falling through the wire and a basket in the bottom. It also has five compartments in the door. Great for use in a garage or utility room. Unfortunately it doesn™™t have a digital temperature read out like the last one, but has worked out well so far

This new 20 CU. FT. Frigidaire upright freezer was a great match for our needs. It replaced a 40+ year old slightly smaller model. After installation we noticed how quiet the new model is. We appreciate the adjustable glass shelving and the interior light. The door opens and closes easier than our old model. We also noted that a smaller version of this freezer was reviewed by Consumer Reports and received a high score. So far we have been pleased with performance.

I am very pleased with my new Frigidaire Freezer. It keeps my food very fresh and cold.The freezer has easy access inside with a lot of shelves and spaces for a lot of frozen food. Inside the freezer there was a green wire showing on the back left side inside the freezer. See photos. Fortunately the green wire with a yellow stripe was a ground wire as I was told by the appliance repair guy I know. It is operational and freezing the contents. Also when the door was changed to open from the right side, one of the screws holding the upper hinge was damaged during the factory installation(See the photo showing the middle screw with damaged threads. Compare it to the other 2 screws. The bottom 12mm door hinge pin was so rounded off from the factory the at a 12mm socket would just slip and not tighten per the instructions without using a channel lock type pliers. I feel that the quality control inspections could be improved.
