For 30 years our Frigidaire stack wash/dryer worked year in and year out with just a few adjustments, so when time came to put it to rest, we didn't even consider a different brand. So far (2 weeks today) the new one had been everything the old one was, with a few updates thrown in.

So far, so good. I have only use it 2-3 but I am impressed with the tub capacity and how quickly clothes are dried. I had a 25 yr old full size heavy duty Kenmore W & D and was hesitant to purchase this laundry unit when I moved. It's a perfect size for an apt or condo, very happy with it!

I hate this washing machine. It does not have a stand alone spin cycle so if the load does not spin well, which is often, one has to do a complete rinse and spin cycle. It is poorly designed. Don't say you weren't warned.

We are so happy with our washer/dryer stacked laundry center. It is quiet and very efficient. The washing machine can handle a full load of bed linens and the dryer gets the job done quickly! We bought this for our vacation home to replace an "all-in-one" washer/dryer combo, which was such a hassle. The dryer took hours to dry even a couple of towels. This unit is every bit as effective and efficient as our side-by-side full-sized units - maybe even more so!

The laundry center worked fine for a few days then started to fill with only hot water. Checked the hoses and valves with no luck fixing them. 45 minute wait on chat then 1 hour on hold with service number. Finally spoke to representative but was disconnected mid-call with no resolution. Trying again today expecting another long wait on hold. I simply need a service person scheduled but there is no easy way to get this done.

Less than one year ago, I bought a Whirlpool washer/dryer stacking unit without doing any research. The salesman pointed me toward the floor specimen and said everyone loves this unit. It™™s our biggest seller of this type. When I started using it, I realized it did not suit my needs. No soak cycle. Even if I filled the tub with water to presoak clothes and then turned the power off, the water automatically drained out of the machine. I grew to hate this unit. When the dealer refused to take it back or give me credit on a different machine, I gave the inadequate offender away and plunked down another $1,000+ to buy this Frigidaire, of course from a different vendor. Now I™™m in laundry heaven. Not only is there a soak cycle but the tub is larger even tho the unit has the same dimensions. I™™m thrilled.

I'm very happy with my new combo washer and dryer. It replaced one just like it. My last one lasted 20 yrs with only minor repairs. This one seems to have more tub space and is faster than the old one.

Been just over one year with this stackable unit and today the unit just stopped working. Went to change loads over and no power. Checked to see if breaker tripped. There is power and power at the main point. Checked with a volt reader. Terrible machine. This is our second one and won't be getting another.

Even though this is the same size as my old one (27™), The tub is ginormous. I™™m a shortie at 5™3™ and I feel like I have to almost climb inside to get the clothes out. LOL. I actually laugh at it. At one point during the startup and sometimes during the spin cycle, I hear a very loud bang. This may be because the drain hose is too close to the spigot area and it bangs on the little alcove window next to it, but I™™m not sure. I™™ll keep watching it. I don™™t hear it if I walk away. For example, when It starts up and fills with water, it suddenly stops with a BANG, more water enters, then stops and bangs. Not sure if this is normal or not. I love how fresh and knew this is since my old one was 33 years old.

I have nothing but good to say about this unit. The washer and dryer tubs are big. The controls are laid out very nicely. My first load was 5 pair of jeans and 4 hoodie sweatshirts. They came out clean and when the dryer shut off everything was dry inside and out. Have only done about 10 loads so far. I am very pleasedWe put this at out hunting cabin.

This washer/dryer does exactly what it™™s intended to do. The washer has several options and gets the clothes clean; the dryer gets them dry and does it quite well. I am pleased with the functionality of this appliance. I have a little trouble with the physical design, however. I have trouble maneuvering around the dryer while getting the clothes out of the washer - the dryer seems to ™stick out™ and I have to try to duck under it. It™™s uncomfortable but certainly not an earth-shattering problem.

It™™s a great appliance. The only issue was after two months of buying the appliance, the dryer start switch stopped working. I bought it from Brandsmart so I called Brandsmart and they sent a technician out to check my appliance, the technician checked it and concluded that the switch needed to be replaced. Other than this, my appliance works great!!

We only have a small area for our washer/dryer and when replacing the current Frigidaire all in one after almost 20 years we decided to go back with the same model. This one has all the bells and whistles. It is large enough for a queen comforter even!

so far things seem fine, but it is very disappointing that there is no Spin Cycle after the wash cycle, therefore not allowing you to utilize a fabric softener ball. I do not want or need to babysit the washer in order to "Catch" the cycle to add the softener at the rinse cycle. I really wish this would have been mentioned UP FRONT

I must say I am impressed, after hooking it up and using it the first time I got to listen to my short wife complain about not being able to reach her socks in the bottom of the drum and the back of the dryer was a long stretch etc etc ... I accept the ne hour wash time for the great performance i have received thus far for our new laundry center very happy we did get an LG again

I recently purchased a new Frigidaire washer/dry laundry center. The washing machine works great! Very easy to use with multiple settings for any desired load of laundry. The dryer works great as well, and I like how it has a cool down feature for the end of the drying cycle. With multiple settings for laundry type and temperature the dryer gets the job done efficiently. The new unit is a replacement for a much older, and much more out of date Frigidaire unit. The old Frigidaire appliance still worked great but it was time for an upgrade! Thanks Frigidaire!

Bought this unit in Oct 2023 but didn™™t get it install til just before Christmas 2023. Loved the unit and worked great til June 2024 when the dryer started making squealing noise and then banging noises. From June til end of September 2024 I have had a repair man here every week. I finally get it running for almost 2 months when the dryer stopped working so I™™m going on 3 weeks without a dryer again. Feel they should replace this unit with a new one and they won™™t do it. I™™m so fed up.

My machine was delivered the day before Thanksgiving. Because I needed a repair to my water line valves, a professional plumber installed my new stacked set. I replaced a regular size Washer and Dryer and chose the Frigidaire after lots of investigation into other brands. I love my new Frigidaire refrigerator and decided after reading many reviews Frigidaire is the ONLY intelligent option. It comes with a very useful guide for operation which includes very useful information. I am already realizing what a nifty machine this is. My laundry closet had no storage space with my old washer and dryer. You can see with the photo attached I now have extra storage space! We replaced our humongous front load units with this stacked model. It gave us all the space we needed in our utility room. I love the simple controls. They are very intuitive. It is not the most quiet washer, but it gets the job done quickly compared to the front loaded one. I'm very happy with it.
