So far much better than the Frigidaire it replaced that only lasted slightly over 1.5 years. Cools very well, quiet and does an all around good job.

Our second Frigidaire air conditioner! Our first one lasted for over 25 years! So of course we bought another Frigidaire during a heatwave. This one is so nice I can control it with my phone! It cools the living room, kitchen and hallway in no time! I can even plan for it to automatically turn on when I know the Mercury will be rising! Thank you Frigidaire! From a cool granny!

This unit is quiet and does the job of cooling my house. The only issue is with installation. When the housing is installed to the window sill as instructed, it is at a 90 degree angle and does not allow the unit to angle down in back to drain.

We had been without an air conditioner for 4 days during a very hot week, so when we finally got the Frigidaire installed it was fantastic. It was nice to have our living room temps go down below 84 degrees, to a very comfortable 78 degrees. Thanks Frigidaire!!

The electrical outlet required for this unit is not standard, necessitating an electrician to modify it and potentially install a separate circuit. Regrettably, you may find yourself with an unusable unit, requiring a considerable investment to make it operational. Considering these factors, I am unable to recommend this particular air conditioning unit. The customer service experience appears to be unsatisfactory, and I am very disappointed.

AMHello my father in law purchased this for me and my husband when we had a flood back in August in 2024 it hasn't even been a year and it's not blowing any cold air after having it on for about 1 month. At first it was so laggy and the buttons weren't responding unless you hold them down. I tried everything and me and my husband are literally sweating in our sleep in the dead of summer right now on Li, New York. We replaced our 2011 unit same model. Fit perfectly. No new construction needed. Slipped the old one out of the sleeve and pushed in the new one. Very happy they didn™™t change the dimensions. Unit working well

This is the best air conditioner I ever owned. I'm a senior citizen so I've owned quite a few in my lifetime. It's very quiet and works great! People coming into my apartment think I have central air conditioning. Unbelievable! I even use it on economy mode which I've never been able to do before with any other air conditioner.

I received the new A/C . It looks and fits very nicely. Unknowingly, it takes a 240 V outlet, which I do not have in my home. Now, I must get an electrician to run a new wire to my circuit breaker box. Unexpected new costs. I should have read the fine print, but I had no idea that this air conditioner was so powerful. It's true that when you know better, you do better.

Selected 2 day air shipping which was advertised as free. When order shipped it said it was shipped ups ground 3-5 day. And package was delivered with damage to one of the corners of the unit. But it works good so 2 stars overall

Same as other reviewer posted, purchased in Sept 2022, installed in late 2022 and used it in 2023 & 2024, we only get 3-4 months a year we need AC. Turned it on today 6/22 for this 2025 heat wave and no cold air, out of warranty, $600 out the window
