The 8000 BTU unit is nice, with nice features. I like being able to control it from my phone. My only problem with it is that the temperature sensing element is attached right to the cooling coils, between the air filter and the coils. The idea is to sense the incoming air temperature, which supposedly represents room temperature. The problem is that because the temperature sensing element is attached to the cold coils, it reads 4 to 6 degrees colder than the actual room temperature, once the unit gets going. I learned to work around it by setting the temperature to the minimum (60 degrees F) when I need to cool the room a lot. That still isn't perfect, but I can live with it. Other than that, I like it. It is much quieter than my old unit.

My AC broke unexpectedly just as we were about to go away on a trip. We needed a new AC fast, as we were leaving our pets at home with a sitter and temperatures were high 90s. This AC has been amazing. It's quiet, arrived quickly and I love that I can use the Frigidaire app to control it when not home. I can check in on the current house temp via the app and adjust the AC as needed to keep our pets cool. I highly recommend this window AC.

We got one of these to cool off a portion of the house. It's ease of use and the handywifi app with it's setting and scheduling features made this a no brainer. We got another for our home office. The eco setting along with the low fan was the perfect setting combination for climate control and quieter operation...

I bought 3 of these units. I installed them with ease.The wifi setup was a little annoying. Some of the steps didn't seem to be in the Order they should beBut, I was able to get them all connected. I have a task setup in the app which is nice to cone on at a certain temp. Overall I love these so far. I have had them for about 2 weeks.

Strong and easy to use - much better than my 6k BTU unit so far. I love that I can turn it on from anywhere or schedule to turn it on thru the wifi capabilities. A little bit of a rattle but not anything more than I expect from an AC. Cools things down so quickly and nice.minus 1 star because it came cracked on the exterior and inner styrofoam. I hope it™™s just cosmetic for now because did not want to waste on a replacement that could also potentially be cracked.

This window unit works great, it cools the room I put it in very well.The app works great with this unit as well. I set it and forget it (with scheduling) most of the time but if I need to override it I just use the app to turn it on or shut it off.I have not experienced any connectivity issues or anything, just works great.Beeps a lot quieter than my other Frigidaire units (I have 4)

Love my new Frigidaire wifi ac. The remote phone controll is fantastic. I can turn it on or off or adjust the unit from anywhere using the wifi. The eco setting works very nicely and maintains what ever temperature I set it at. It also has a non eco setting. This Frigidaire wifi ac is perfect for my home and I would definitely buy another one.

Love the Wi-Fi option and air purification filter. Was running a separate air purifier but with this ac has option of buying filter and cools and filters the air at the same time! Perfect when out and in way back home turning it on. Very happy with my purchase. Bought 2 and have one in bedroom and living room. 8k btu covers a very large area and hallway I only use one at a time depending on which room I™™m in and my apartment layout is odd kinda like a submarine with all rooms off of a hallway so one ac gets cold enough to enter hall and I also use a box fan and probably just needed 1 ac but glad to have 2. I™™m on the top floor and have flat roof. Summers are unbearable in my place.

This air conditioner is very convenient with its smart features being able to connect to Alexa or Google home. Very Sleek design and easy to install. Lots of features in the smart app such as timers and different settings to have it turn off and on based on location of where you're at. Would recommend this for anybody in a small home or apartment.

Love that I can use my phone to operate this one, especially when I'm not home. I can turn it on via cell phone so I come home to a cool bedroom. It's a little quieter than previous bedroom ACs I've had in the past. My bedroom is pretty big and it cools it very efficiently with, so far, a quiet condenser cycling on and off.

I love the fact that I can turn on my air conditioner remotely from my office. It does not have to run all day so one or two hours before I™™m coming home I can turn it on I can make sure it™™s not on high or I can put it on low or I can put it on high I have all those options. Then, when I return home, my place is fresh and cool, and I didn™™t use Hydro all day and waste money and also use up the life of the machine. Very pleased with how quiet it is and how efficient it works!
