I got this AC for my single wide trailer, we put it in our kitchen window so it™™s kinda in the middle of the house .. and wow. My house is sooo cold! This thing is colder than any other AC I™™ve ever had in my house that goes in the window. Plus, it is beautiful and sleek. I like the LED white that shows the temp. It has a beautiful remote. So easy to use and install. I am sooo excited with my purchase.

This little guy is beast to cool my living room and the cost at PC Richards was perfect !!!I am simple guy with AC BUT THERE ARE SO MANY GOOD features in small pack AC. For my wife she love it too!!! She get cold in the summer !! LOL

We installed the new ac easily by following the instructions provided, and so far it's working well. It's a little noisy but I've found that adjusting the settings takes care of most of this issue.

Bought this unit for my garage after installing spray-foam insulation and sealing edges of roll-up door. Keeps it very cool and comfortable. We have actually been through two brand new window units in 5 years (made by the other major manufacturer with the two letter brand-name beginning with "G".

I was trying to cool too large an area with my old A/C. Moved up to this 12000BTU unit and am very happy. Only wish is a more independent remote control. You need to be able to see the front if the unit to know what you are doing with the remote. Old people's eyesight makes that difficult.

Terrible air conditioner. This is the 12000 btu window unit. I originally ordered this from Amazon. The unit was delivered in good condition without any damage. But because the weather was still cool out, I made the mistake of not installing the ac into the window to see if it works. So after 33 days I found out that the ac was blowing hot air and was getting an error code. I could not return it to Amazon because I went past the 30 day return policy. So I contacted Electrolux and they said they would send a replacement ac. It has been over a month and I still have not received a replacement ac. I have called their agents three times and I have been told it would be delivered on 07/15/2024. I was also told I would be sent a email with tracking information from UPS. This is a big lie because it is Friday evening 07/12/2024 and have not received any delivery confirmation. Meanwhile we are in a heatwave. This ac is never going to be delivered. Others have complained of never receiving their replacement ac do to poor customer service and a fake warranty. Now I have to order another ac and pay for it because of this broken down cheaply made ac.

This air conditioner works well to cool an area of approx 800 square feet. The only reason for 4 stars vs. 5 is that it is relatively noisy, but we were expecting that from this style of air conditioner. It is easy to install and operate.

I was lucky to be able to purchase this unit ar a reduced rate. The current state of the US economy and our economic situation makes buying an air conditioner a luxury. Meanwhile, the summer heat here in our city could and does bring death. us aged people. That's why having this unit is important to us.

I'm my apartment, a 12,000 BTU air conditioner his the right balance of cooling power. This model has the typical side panels so that it fits most window sizes, and comes with features I think most expect in an AC: precise temperature setting with an eco function to save electricity, a remote, and a sleep mode. I love that this sleep mode starts at a temperature you choose and then gradually goes up a few degrees to save energy- no more frozen mornings, though I suggest setting it at the start 2 degrees cooler. I also really love that there's an option for perfectly fitting air filters to keep allergens away. There are only two things I wish were better- putting batteries in the remote is a grade A pain, and the white light display on a white panel is not friendly to the visually impaired. Otherwise it's a great buy.

Bought my unit through a local store, because I needed to have it installed. Unit has worked as I had hoped to cool down almost entire first floor of home. While it is loud, I would not trade this unit for any other unit based on all of the negative reviews I've read for other units not working efficiently, users not being able to adjust temp control, or units that require wi-fi just to work!

I have bought this air conditioner, and installed it in a window, and once I turned it on, the fan starts on high immediately and spinning super fast, and turns on the compressor and once I feel the air, it is freezing cold. I™™m super happy about it. Buy a Frigidaire air conditioner.

I'm happy with the product but when it was delivered the box was in rough shape looked like it had been through a war. The delivery guy said they pack them well. But when I took it out of the box it was a little damaged .

The AC seems to be working fine, however, the box it arrived in was not. There are damages to the exterior part of AC. It takes way too long to wait to speak with a customer service rep so we installed the unit. Chat is no help whatsoever, extremely frustrating. Also, the unit arrived after I canceled the order due to their inability to ship due to warehouse and multiple other issues Frigidaire seems to be experiencing. Every time I called I had to wait 1 hour to speak to someone, and each time I received a different story as to why the item was not being shipped. There were at least 3 calls. One of the reps even promised to call me on a certain day after looking into the status of my order, but never called. I highly suggest purchasing the unit from an authorized dealer so that you get better service and hopefully a better packaged unit.

I have several frigidaire products in my home several a/c units,fridge,dishwasher,microwave and a couple dehumidifiers. I am very happy with the quality of the products and look forward to years of service. Most of the other brand products have broken or failed, as they do they are replaced with Frigidaire products. The quality is great,the warranties are good and the customer service is wonderful.I am extremely happy with the Frigidaire products I own and will replace any products that fail down the road with Frigidaire! I love the convenience of a dependable product!

This unit does an excellent job of cooling the room. It seems to be more efficient than the LG model it replaces. Definitely recommend this one. Will probably buy a couple more when the other a/c's we have need replaced.

Perfect for my apartment. Ac does not have Wi-Fi, Remote control looks and feels very cheap. Unit came damage on the top right, but is not affecting air. If you want to see settings on unit you must press the remote, display is always off. Hopefully ac last me five years or more. My last Ac made by Friedrich only lasted 2 seasons.

Air conditioning 309 sq. Ft wood shop. With 105 degree outside temp less than 30 percent humidity will only bring indoor temperature to 80. So far don't have enough experience with normal operating conditions. This type of AC removes heat by removing moisture from the air. The humidity in my shop has never been over 25 percent when starting the unit. It quickly drops below 20 when I turn the unit on 10-15 minutes. So really harsh conditions makes my shop feel great and I can work in it very comfortably.I have left it on overnight once it did bring it down to 70 and was cycling normally.I was an authorized appliance repair company in the 1990s . Been working in some type of refrigeration since then . So far the unit meets my expectation with the environment it in operating in. There are lots of consideration to consider when picking out a unit and what to expect from it.Lastly but not least. NEVER DRILL A HOLE FOR THE WATER TO DRAIN OUT THE BACK!!! ALL ROOM AIR CONDITIONERS ARE DESIGNED TO USE THE CONDENSED WATER TO COOL THE CONDENSER COILS OUTSIDE. THEY PUT A RING AROUND THE FAN TO PICK UP THE WATER AND BLOW IT ON THE COILS.
