I just got this fridge on May 14th and it has worked great I only have it set on a little past 2 on the dial but everything is frozen in the freezer and perfectly cold in the fridge section.So happy I bought it great unit.Buy one.

Disappointed in this refrigerator very cheap

I absolutely hate this refrigerator, i'm 60 and disabled from an auto accident so I had to order it online, ours was giving us grief needed a refrigerator. If I would've seen it in the store, I would never have purchase it. The shelves are advertised as glass, but the bottom is made of cheap plastic. The crisper is one piece, cheap plastic, there's not enough storage as far as door. We don't have the luncheon meat drawer there's no egg or butter storage. We have a 28 year old Amana refrigerator in our garage-is still working fine and it is quality. This refrigerator is cheap. It doesn't keep a regulated temperature some water bottles freeze some are warm. . Mid December the door light switch flew across the kitchen with the spring and it's still broken. Nothing more frustrating than having to use the flashlight anytime you want to take something out or put something in your new refrigerator. The freezer door will not close unless we push it shut with force yes it has been adjusted. I don't know if this refrigerator does not have wheels, but it does not easily pull out for cleaning. Extremely unhappy with it. We're still in the dark waiting for a part that Service was out December 29 said the part they had would not fit -could not find a part that would work. There's a big hole in the side of the refrigerator that the service person had to chisel out with a hammer and screwdriver-in attempt to put in the part that was provided to him- it's currently covered with electrical tape the way he left it to avoid moisture getting inside the cabinet, now I'm worried about mold-. In one of the pictures that you will see a little bit of his blood on the side of the refrigerator along with some black tape covering the big hole. I wish you would take this refrigerator back give us credit to purchase a new refrigerator. I do not look forward to the next several years of dealing with this refrigerator being faulty. As I mentioned, I am disabled from an auto accident. We are scheduled for the follow up Appointment with another attempt to replace the door light switch. The service person said he could not find one that to fit, very disappointed in the quality of this refrigerator.

Purchased this refrigerator online, extremely unhappy with it. We have an Amana from 1998 that still works great in our garage , it is very well-made never had any problems with it why I went for an Amana refrigerator once again . This new refrigerator is a huge disappointment, it's cheaply made, and there's not enough storage, the bottom shelf is all white plastic, but the rest of the shelves are all glass. The crisper drawer is very cheap and also one piece. The bottom shelf, which holds a large amount of weight I don't understand why you made it out of cheap plastic? Mid December the door light switch and spring flew across our kitchen leaving the refrigerator dark . We still do not have a working light in this refrigerator, nothing like having to use a flashlight every time you want to get something out of your refrigerator or put something in it ..service came out December 29 left a big hole in the side of the refrigerator, said that the part would not fit. Why you would put this switch on the side of a refrigerator I don't understand? The one in the garage it's on the top never had an issue. Especially if someone has children I can see where children would play with that, causing it to break. That's not my case, I don't have children , It just flew across the kitchen when I open the refrigerator door. Temperature is uneven in different areas of the refrigerator, we've got bottles of water that will freeze in some areas some are on the warm side. To sum it up I absolutely hate this refrigerator. We have to make sure the freezer door is shut. It will not shut unless you push it. Yes the refrigerator has been adjusted. It also does not pull out easily for cleaning. I don't know if it doesn't have wheels? All I can say is I wished I never would've bought this refrigerator. If I was in store, I would never have purchased it, our refrigerator we had was giving us grief and I needed a refrigerator. I thought I could count on the Amana name to get something that was quality, definitely not the case. I called the service company today they claim they have a part that supposed to fit, currently there is black tape, covering the hole in the side of this refrigerator. Also there's actually some blood from the service man's hand. He had to chisel this part out, literally with a screwdriver and hammer. Not hopeful that this will be fixed properly . Would be grateful if you would take this refrigerator back and give us credit to purchase something new. I am 60 years old and disabled. This is not what I need to be dealing with is the refrigerator that is going to give me problems for the next several years..
